Exercise of the month (08/2000)



Split-Lunge on Roller-Board
(Legs - advanced)

1- Start, stand erect (chest out and head up).
2- Start with left leg in front of the other, 90% angle at knee level (front leg).
3- With arms straight or bent at 90% angle at elbows level, roll the left leg 
     back and the right leg in front (walking movement with arms).
4- Return to starting position.
