Internal Rotator
(Shoulder)

1- Start, stand erect (chest out and head up).
2- Start with right elbow on your right knee, right arm 
    in vertical position holding handle of pulley.
3- Pull on handle until horizontal position of the forearm.
4- Return to starting position.
