Exercise of the month (04/2008)

 

 

 One Leg Side Jump On Step  - (intermediate to advanced)
(Legs and arms coordination)


 


 
 
1- Start on the side of a step with your left foot on it. (back slightly bent and abdominals tight)
 
2- Jump up (pushing hard on your leg off the step) cross the step with the help of your arms swinging in coordination with your legs. (work from the ball of your feet)
 
3- Land on the other side of the step with your right foot on the step and your left foot on the floor.

4- Repeat this movement for 10 to 12 repetitions.

You can change the height of the step to improve the workload.
