Roller-Side-Lunge
(Inner thigh)

1-
Start, stand erect (chest out and head up).
2- Right foot on a roller-board and left foot on a board (same height as
roller-board).
3- Slide the right foot foward in 45% angle (move back and forth).
4- Lower in the same path.
