Front Raise on Ball
(Shoulders and Stabilization)

1- Start, stand erect, chest out and head up, keep balance.
2- Hold dumbbells in front of thighs..
3- Raise dumbbells, arms almost straight (15% angle), elbows turn out, at shoulders level.
4- Lower in the same path.
