Balance Shoulder Dumbbell Press
(Shoulders)

1-
Start, back flat, chest out and head up, keep abdominals tight, keep balance on
one foot.
2- Press up dumbbells at the same time you squat up on one leg.
3- When you squat up you bring the opposite leg in front at 90% angle at knee
and hip level.
4- Keep balance always on one foot with back flat, chest out and head up.
5- Go back to starting position.
