Abdominals Balance on Sit-Fit
(Advanced Abdo)

1-
Start with a Sit-Fit on your lower-back.
2- Always keep your abdominals tight.
3- Keep 90% angle at knee and hip level (medicine ball on your legs to add
resistance).
4- Keep balance, work on not touching the floor.
5- Keep position for 8 to 10 sec.
