POWER THROW - HIP FLEXORS
(hip flexors, abdominals)

                                                    

 

1- Start with medicine-ball between your knees.
2- Jump by lifting your knees up to throw the MD-ball straight up in the air.
3- Catch the ball and repeat number 1.
