High Knee Jump
(hip extensors, calf) Advanced
1-
Start with right foot on a block of 4 inches high (on the ball of your foot),
keep that leg straight.
2- Hold dumbbells close to your hip (try to keep it there).
3- Bent forward a little and pull with your right foot to throw your hip forward
and upward.
4- Bring your left knee up to gain height.
5- Land on your right foot (ball of the foot).
