Inner Thigh Squeezes on Ball
(adductors)

                                                                   

 

1- Sit on ball with your knees on each side of the ball under your hip.
2- Help yourself with your toes touching the floor behind to keep balance.
3- Keep abdominals tight.
4- Squeeze your knees together.
5- Go back to starting position.
