Exercise of the month (08/2001)


Legs Raised On Ball
(lower back - buttock)

                                          

 

1- Start with the ball on your stomach, keep back and legs straight.
2- Transfer your weight forward, always keep your body straight, to lift your legs up.
3- When legs are up, contract your buttock and keep position for a moment.
4- Use your arms to lift and keep balance.
5- Go back to starting position.
