Exercise of the month (09/2001)


Bent-Over Two Arms Dumbell Rowing
(Upper Back)

                                          

 

1- Start with feet close together, back straight.
2- Place dumbbell outside of each foot.
3- Bend forward and grasp dumbbells with the palm of your hands facing forward.
4- Pull dumbells straight up to sides of chest.
5- Do not let dumbells touch the floor.
6- Keep back straight and head up.
