Exercise of the month (10/2001)


Abdominal Rotation with One Leg Raised
(Abdominal Obliques) intermediate

                                          

 

1- Lie on floor with knees bent.
2- Arms extended.
3- Keep abdominals tight, don't let your back touch the floor.
4- Rotate your trunk to the left and lift your left leg at the same time(keep arms straight).
5- Return to starting position.
6- Repeat to the right side.
