Kneeling on Ball Side Leg Raise
(Abductors, buttocks - Hips and trunk stabilization) intermediate
1- Kneel with left knee on a 6'' to 8''
inches ball (soccer ball).
2- Right leg extended on the side.
3- Keep abdominals tight, keep
arms straight.
4- Raise right leg parallel to floor.
5- Return to starting position.
6- Repeat to the right side.
