Triceps BarPress (Football Style)
(Triceps - Shoulders) intermediate
1-
Stand with back straight and head up.
2- Keep left leg infront (thigh parallel to floor) and right leg behind.
3- Balance your weight between both feet.
3- Keep abdominals tight, keep elbows close to your body.
4- Hold the extremity of the bar with both hands (one over the other).
5- Push the bar in front of you in an upward direction.
6- Reverse legs and hands position, repeat the exercise.
7- For heavy load and security use the "Power Rack".
Alternate
exercises: - Use one hand on the bar.
- Use two bars, one hand on each bar.
