Exercise of the month (01/2002)
Push-up on Roller Boards with Rubber Bands
(Pectorals - Shoulders - Triceps) intermediate
1-
Kneel on the floor, hands (palms) on roller boards, keep boards together.
2- Place legs straight behind, back straight and keep abdominals tight.
3- As you go down, get a wider stance with your arms (roll on the boards).
3- Pause at bottom, then press to starting position.
4- As you press up, roll the boards back together.
