Exercise of the month (02/2002)


Incline Shoulder Dumbbell Side Raise
(Shoulder) intermediate

                                                                                

1- Hold yourself with your right hand at a pole to get about 25° inclination of your trunk.
2- Hold dumbbell, palm in, arms straight down at side. 
3- Raise dumbell in semicircular motion above shoulder height.
3- Pause, than lower to starting position.
4- Keep elbow bent at about 15°.
