Stabilization Dumbbell Triceps Extension and Biceps Curl on Ball
(Biceps and Triceps, Core Stabilization) Advanced

                                                                                

1- Kneeling on ball, stand erect.
2- Hold dumbbell in right hand, palms facing forward, hand behind the neck . 
3- Place your left hand at hip level, supination grip, arm straight.
3- Extend the right arm (dumbbell triceps extension) as you flex the left elbow (dumbbell biceps curl).
4- Keep your abdominals tight.
5- Return to starting position and repeat other side.
