POWER THROW 3 - KNEE FLEXORS
(Hamstrings)

                                                    

 

1- Start with partner holding medicine-ball, standing over you.
2- Partner rolls the ball along the back of your legs.
3- When you feel the ball at the ankles level, throw the MD-ball straight up in the air to your partner.
4- Make a good explosive throw.
5- Repeat.

- As you improve get heavier ball.
- That is a good exercise to do right after another heavy hamstrings exercise.
