Calf Work with Exercise Ball (1)
(Calf, Hip and Stabilization)
1-
Start by placing the Exercise Ball against a wall at chest height and the
ball of your feet on a platform.
2- Stand facing the ball and push into it with the body leaning forward about 45
degrees.
3- Hold dumbbells in both hands.
4- As you lift your right heel off the floor, lift the opposite knee at hip
level.
5- Then release (but don't deposit your left foot on the platform).
6- Repeat number 4.
7- Change leg after 12 to 15 repetitions.
