Power Throw with MD Ball With One Leg On Stability Ball
- (advanced)
(Core stability - trunk, shoulders)
1- Stand on left foot (slightly bent) with the right leg
behind on the Stability Ball.
2- Keep abdominals tight to keep the hip firmly on place.
3- Bring the MDBall over head with both hands.
4- Stretch your arms back (arching your the trunk a bit) always keep your abs
tight.
5- As you throw the MDBall over your head to a partner, contract your abs to push
with your body through the MDBall.
6- Keep pushing on the Stability Ball with your back leg (and even more when you
throw to add that force on the ball).
7- Return to starting position.
8- Repeat movement on the opposite leg.
