Exercise of the month (12/2002)


Dynamic Stretching - (intermediate)
( Hamstring flexibility - Abs work)

                                                                   
                                                     

1- Lie on the floor on your back.
2- Keep abdominals tight to keep the hip firmly in place (good stretch position).
3- As you raise your left leg and upper body (keep leg straight), slide your right foot towards you (90° at knee).
4- Hold your left leg when you're up for a second or 2 and go back to starting position (keep your abs tight).
5- Repeat movement on the other side (do 8 to 12 repetitions).
