Abdominals Rotation On Exercise Ball - (advanced)
(Abs and back work)
1- On a push-up position, left foot on the ball, start with
the right leg in the air, rotate the hip.
2- Hands are shoulders width apart.
3- As you bring your leg down, keep your legs apart and then bring the right leg
under and across the body.
4- Rotate your hip as you bring the right leg across the body.
5- Go back to starting position.
6- Repeat movement on the other side (do 8 to 12 repetitions).
