Legs Lift - Sideways on ball - (intermediate)
(Abdominals)


                                                                                 
1- Lie sideways on ball, hip straight, abdominals tight.
2- Stand on right forearm on the floor and left hand on ball to keep balance.
3- Bring legs up, keep abdominals tight.
4- Always keep your hip straight.
5- Go back to starting position.
6- Repeat movement on the other side (do 8 to 12 repetitions).
