Push-ups On Unstable Board - (advanced)
(Pectorals - trunk)


1- Place a board on a ball (soccer or basketball size).
2- Start on your knees to place your hands properly on the board (medium stance - hands outside shoulders).
3- Lift your knees progressively as you balance yourself on the board (get body straight).
4- Always keep your abdominals tight.
5- Start to do push-ups by keeping your balance.
