Dumbbell Front Raise With Towel In Sitting Position - Back To Exercise Ball (Alternate) - (advanced)
(Shoulders - legs)


             Grip on towel

1- Place yourself in a sitting position with your back to an exercise ball on a wall.
2- Hold a towel in place around the handle of a dumbbell.
3- Lift your arm in front at shoulder level.
4- Repeat the movement with the same arm 6 to 8 times and then work the other arm.
