Exercise of the month (05/2003)


Arms Elevation - Head On Exercise Ball (Alternate) - (Advanced)
(Neck - Back)


             

1- Place yourself in a four feet position with your head on the exercise ball (tuck your chin in).
2- Lift one arm and hold it for 1 or 2 secs. and then lift the other arm (both arms are up) hold position for 1 or 2 secs..
3- Bring one arm down (keep position for 1 or 2 secs.) and then bring the other arm down.
4- Repeat the movement  8 to 10 times.
