Hip Abduction (alternate)
(Buttocks - Hips)
1-
Lay down on your right side with a 90° angle at the hips and knees.
2- Touch the floor with your left knee in front of your right thigh.
3- Move your left knee up and touch the floor with your left toes behind your
right calf.
4- Go back to number 2 then number 3 but this time touch the floor with your
left heel.
5- Keep going by alternating toes and heel touch.
Do 15 to 20 repetitions twice on each side (could be done on heel only)
