Exercise of the month (08/2003)

 

Wide Side Lunge on a Step with Barbell  (advanced)
(Legs - Abductors, Adductors)


             

1- Start on a 6" to 10" step or block with barbell on your trapezius.
2- Step laterally and bend until 90 degree angle  at knee.
3- Push back to starting position.
4- Do 6 to 12 repetitions twice on each side .

This exercise could be done without any weights or with dumbbell  in one hand or in both hands.
