Exercise of the month (09/2003)

 

Dynamic Stretch for Runner  (intermediate)
(Buttock - Hamstrings)


             

1- Stand straight, look forward.
2- As you start lifting the left knee, stand on the ball of your right foot.
3- Grab the back of your left knee and pull it toward your left shoulder.
4- As you pull on your left leg, lift your left foot to have your leg as straight as possible.
5- Keep it straight as you bring it down to the ball of your left foot.
6- Do the same movement with your right leg and repeat the sequence 8 to 12 times.
