Power Running (intermediate)
(Buttock - Quadriceps)
1- Stand straight on the ball of your left foot, look
forward.
2- Go down slowly to a 90° angle on your left knee, keep balance.
3- In that low position, let yourself
fall forward as far as you can.
4- Explode forward, through your hip, on your left foot.
5- Make 2 other explosive steps and decelerate.
6- Repeat on your right foot.
7- Do 4 to 6 repetitions per leg.
