Exercise of the month (11/2003)

 

Triceps Side Lift  (intermediate)
(Triceps - shoulder - pectoral)

             

1- Lie on you right side on the floor with your legs slightly crossed.
2-
Put your left hand in front close to your body and your right arm across your body.
3-
Place elbow of your left arm at 90° or a little less.
4-
Push on your left hand to lift your trunk until your left arm is almost straight.
5-
Bring yourself down to starting position.
6- Repeat on your
left side.
7- Do
8 to 12 repetitions on each side.

Alternate exercise: - Add dumbbell in your free hand.
