Abductors Work with Tubing - Skating Style (intermediate)
(Abductors - Buttocks)

                                    

1- Stand in a skating style position on tubing (rubber tube).  
2-
Hold the tube in your hands in front of you.
3

Push on the side (and slightly backward) with your right leg (skating style).
4-
Bring your right leg back to starting position repeat with your left leg.
5- Do 12 to 15 repetitions per leg.
