Balance Back & Front Lunge on Step with Dumbbells - (intermediate)
(Legs - Buttocks - Balance)
1-
On a step (4 to 6 inches high) stand straight
on your left foot with a dumbbell in
each hand.
2- Lunge forward on your right foot then push back up quickly.
3- Keep the knee of your right leg in line with your toes (or less but
not further) .
4- Lunge backward on your right
foot then push back up quickly.
5- Keep the knee of your left leg in line with your toes (or less
but not further) .
6- Lunge back and forth for 8 to 12
repetitions on the same leg then move to the other leg.
7- Always keep your abdominals tight.
