Open Jump (intermediate)
(Legs - Body)

 - Starting position                                                               

1- Start with your feet together, hands touching the floor.
2- Jump upward, opening your legs and arms when you are in the air (star position).
3- Quickly, when you're still in the air, bring back your arms and legs towards you to get back in the starting position on the floor.
4- Do 2 to 3 sets of 6 to10 repetitions per set with 45 second to 1 minute of rest between sets.
