Exercise of the month (12/2004)
Low Side Lunge on Pulley (intermediate)
(Legs - Abductors - buttocks)
1- Stand with right side facing wall pulley.
2- Feet under shoulders, keep back straight and head up.
3- Hold bottom handle of pulley with your left hand.
4- Keep your left elbow close to you.
5- Go down until your upper thighs are parallel to the floor.
6- As you are down, step to the side as far as possible with your right leg (keep
left elbow in position).
7- Step back to the squat position and then back to the standing position.
8- Do 8 to 12 repetitions.
9- Repeat on left side.
