Combine One Arm Shoulder Press and Squat (advanced)
(Legs, Shoulders and Trunk)

1-
In a
standing position,
place
feet shoulders width apart, start with
a
dumbbell in both hands.
2- Raise right dumbbell to shoulder height, keep elbow and palm in.
3- Press dumbbell straight up to arms' length, turning
the
palm
slightly out
at about 45° (head turned
at
45° to press side).
4- Hold press up as you squat down with your left dumbbell between your
legs (keep abdominals tight).
5- Go back up holding your press.
When you’re up press down to the
starting position.
6- Switch side and repeat movement with the left arm.
