Exercise of the month (04/2005)

Reverse Medium-Grip Front Chin with Knee Pull (Heavy Ball) (advanced)
(Trunk, hips, shoulders and arms)

1- Start suspended with a supination grip on the bar (palms of your hands facing backwards) and a heavy ball between your legs (optional).
2- As you pull up your chin to the bar, bring your knees toward your chest (tucking your body in).
3- Go back to starting position and repeat 8 to 12 times.
