Barbell Squat Medium-Stance on Box  (advanced)
(Thighs, Buttocks and Back)

1- Place barbell on upper back.
2- Comfortable grip (forearms perpendicular to the floor as much as you can).
3- Keep your head up, chest out, back straight and your feet on each side of the box (th
ey should be about shoulder width apart).
4- Squat until your buttocks touch the box, keep tension on thighs and do not rest on the box.
5- Go back to starting position and repeat 8 to 12 times.
