Exercise of the month (09/2005)

Dolphin Jump (intermediate)
(Calves, hips and trunk)

1- Start on the ball of your feet. Keep back straight, chest out, head up and abdominals tight.
2- Jump upward and forward by lifting your arms and your legs up in front of you.
3- Keep your legs straight all the time and keep 90° angle at elbow level.
4- Work on the ball of your feet on every jump. No weight on your heels.
5- Do dynamic movements for 6 to 8 jumps.
