Exercise of the month (10/2005)

Incline Step-up (intermediate)
(Thigh)

1- Start by standing on an incline platform. Keep back straight, chest out, head up and abdominals tight.
2-
Move left foot down on the floor (and slightly forward) keeping the right foot on the platform.
3-
Push yourself back up on the platform with your left leg as you pull with your right leg (to the starting position).
4-
Repeat this movement 8 to 12 times per leg.
