CrossStep and Twist (intermediate)
(Dynamic Stretch - Football, Soccer, Tennis, Hockey ...)

1- Start in a standing position. Keep back straight, chest out, head up and
abdominals tight.
2- Walk forward on the ball of your feet crossing your left foot
over your right foot (keeping balance).
3- As your left foot touches the ground, twist your trunk to the left
side and stretch in that position for one second.
4- Continue to walk crossing your right foot over your left foot and
twisting.
5- Keep walking this way for 10 steps.
