Stop and Go and Jump (intermediate)
(Legs, power and eyes and hands coordination)

1- Start from a standing position on a starting line.
2- At the signal, run (starting low) to a wall (that is at about 30 feet from
the starting line), stop and jump to touch a line on the wall with your left
hand that is placed at about 15 to 25 inches above
the athlete's straight arm.
3- Come back to the starting line and touch it with your right hand and go back
to the wall to jump to touch the line on the wall with your right hand
(alternate your hands to touch the lines).
4- Every time you touch the starting line, be sure that your foot that is
on the same
side of
your touching hand is placed parallel to that line.
5- Repeat sequence 4 to 6 times.
