Exercise of the month (05/2006)

Roll and Lift On One Leg (intermediate to advanced)
(Legs, Hips Power)

1- Start in an upright position.
2- Bend all the way down on your feet.
3- Tuck yourself in and roll backwards, keeping your back round and your arms close to you.
4- Roll back forward and land on your right foot, keeping your left foot up.
5- As you roll forward keeping yourself tucked in and your right heel close to you, push your arms forward so that it will help you to land on your foot.
6- When you are on your right foot, push upwards on your arms  to facilitate yourself to lift up faster.
7- Repeat 4 to 6 times per leg.
