Exercise of the month (06/2006)

Dynamic Cross Over (intermediate to advanced)
(Legs, Hips Power, Stretch)

1- Start in an upright position.
2- Start
by moving sideways on your left side and crossing your right leg in front of your left leg.
3- Push on your right leg dynamically to make long and high strides
and to also stretch the inside part of your legs.
4-
In order to push yourself more in the air, open your arms dynamically.
5- Do 6 to 8 times on one side and
repeat on the other side.
