Power Jump with Barbells (intermediate to advanced)
(Legs and Hip power)

                   Wide grip

1- Start in a sitting position with a wide grip on the bar, keeping bar at hip level.
2-
Keep feet positioned under the shoulders.
3-
Move hips back to transfer your weight over your heels.
4-
In a dynamic movement, jump up by transferring your weight to your toes and by rolling over your feet and moving your hips forward. Keep the bar at hip level.
5- Go back to starting position.
6- Do 6 to 8 repetitions.
