Back Stretching with Rotation on Exercise Ball -Pilates-
(intermediate)
(Flexibility for back and legs)

1- Sit upright on the Exercise Ball.
2- Keep arms extended to your sides at shoulder height and keep legs extended in front
of you with your heels on the floor.
3- Inhale and exhale when you're rotating your torso to the left while maintaining a
neutral pelvis position.
4- Inhale into your rotation, then exhale as you bring your chest toward your
left thigh by bending forward, touching your right little finger to your left
little toe.
5- Breathe into flexion and slowly exhale as you return to starting position.
6- Repeat on the other side.
