Exercise of the month (02/2007)
SLCore Walk With Barbell - (intermediate to advanced)
(Trunk, Legs, Shoulders and Stability)

1- Start standing straight in a "Barbell Shoulders Front Press" position.
2- Press the bar straight up over your head and hold position.
3- Make a forward step on your right leg keeping the bar over your head.
4- In the lunge position, lower the bar to your shoulders.
5- As you move up over your right leg, press the bar straight over your head bringing
your left foot beside your right foot and standing straight with the bar over
your head.
6- Continue walking like this (alternating your left and right leg ) up to 6
to 8 steps.
