Exercise of the month (03/2007)

 Power Jump on Step - (intermediate to advanced)
(Legs and buttocks)

        


1- Start by standing straight with feet on each side of the step.
2- Go low (in a low squat position) to a sit, or almost sit position on a step (12 to 16 inches high).
3- Jump high to get on the step straight up.
4- Jump again straight up from the step to get back to the starting position.
5- Continue jumping like this for 6 to 8 times.
