Exercise of the month (08/2007)
Lateral flex on Bosu - (intermediate)
(Active legs flexibility and stability)

1- Start by standing straight with knees straight on the Bossu.
2- As you bend forward,
lift your right leg straight back to hip level, keep your left leg as straight
as possible.
3- Touch your left foot
with your right hand (keeping balance and abdominals tight).
4- Go back to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
5- Do it 5 to 8 times on each side.
